The hotel is conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from a metro station, providing easy access to the city center. Guests can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the basketball court below during their stay.
Communication with the staff can be difficult due to their limited English proficiency.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop and within 1 km of Wanda Plaza, and we had a great experience with the service and rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the subway and with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. One of the best aspects was the shuttle bus provided to the Canton fair, which made it convenient for attending the expo. the rooms were clean and tidy, offering good value for the price.
Communicating with the staff was a bit difficult due to language barriers. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was slow, which made it frustrating to use.

During our New Year stay, we were pleased with the convenient shuttle bus provided by the hotel that took us to a nearby attraction. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested extra towels. The hotel's location near multiple restaurants and shops made it easy to find something to do during our downtime.
The Wi-Fi connection was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected to friends and family back home. the noise from nearby traffic and social events made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.
